Originally incorporated in 1994 as a registered NBFC, Sawaca strategically exited the NBFC business and voluntarily surrendered its registration as part of a long-term transformation plan. Today, Sawaca is publicly listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and continues to evolve as a trusted partner for businesses seeking sustained growth and
